Second Spring is a therapy practice in Poole, Dorset. Its owner, Stacey Staples, came to us with a new business that had no brand and no website. We worked out what the business needed to say, then created the identity, wrote every page, and designed and built the site. It is live at secondspring.uk.

Second Spring needed a brand and a website, and it had neither. As a new business it had nothing to build on, so the identity, the words and the site were all made from nothing.

Before designing anything, we worked out what the business needed to say. Stacey is a qualified CBT therapist, menopause coach and psychotherapist, and a new client has to trust her before they have met. The site had to give them that trust, which decided the identity, the words and the design.

With the thinking settled, we created the identity and wrote every page. Then we designed and built the site around those words.
