Why now
Buyers now research with AI
When someone needed an accountant or a physiotherapist, they used to search Google and get a list of businesses. Now many of them ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude or Google’s AI instead, and the AI reads what each business has published on its website and recommends one, with reasons.
So a business is no longer only found or not found. It is judged first, by the AI, before the person ever visits. What your website says now decides more than it used to.
