Most projects are paid monthly: an amount to start when you sign, then six monthly payments that finish the price. On a website project the first six months of Care are already inside it, the first monthly payment is collected a month after you sign, and the finished site goes live once it has. The sums for each route are on the pricing page.

The monthly is not finance. There is no interest, no credit check, and nothing added for paying this way. You can clear the balance whenever you like, and the payments end by themselves after the sixth.

You can also pay in one go, half when you sign and the rest when the work is complete, for the same price to the pound.

Whichever you choose, the price and the terms are agreed in writing before anything starts, including what happens if a payment is ever missed.

Small edits are changes to text and images on pages that already exist: rewording a passage, swapping a photo, updating prices or opening hours. A care plan covers roughly an hour of these a month. A new page is £150, and a redesign is quoted when you ask.

Each month we check how your business shows up in Google and in AI answers. We make a small budget of changes off the back of it. Then we send you a short note of what we found and what we changed.

Every website comes with its first six months of Care included, however you pay. Before the seventh month we ask what you would like to do, and nothing continues unless you choose it: keep it at £150 a month, or stop, and the site is yours either way. We put everything in your name and set the site up so you can host and manage it yourself if you prefer. If you want work done later, we quote it when you ask.

Every build includes the foundations: sensible structure and headings, page titles and descriptions, fast loading and working links. That is the groundwork that lets search engines read the site properly. Ongoing SEO is separate work, scoped and priced on its own, with the options in front of you before anything is committed to.

You answer the two questions that start every project, we have one proper conversation, and then you react to real pages along the way. Reacting takes minutes. Nobody asks you to write a brief or describe a design, and you never have to become your own copywriter, strategist or creative director.

You see directions before anything is built and tell us which feels right, so most of the time it is caught there. If a built page still feels wrong, we go back to the directions rather than polish the page. Revisions are not charged for while we build.

We check every page at phone and desktop sizes, test the forms, and make sure the links and redirects behave. We wire in Google Analytics and check the site’s speed before anything goes live.

A typical project takes about four weeks. Scope varies, so we give you the honest picture of how long yours will take before you commit.

Holidays are booked in before a project starts, so they never land inside your four weeks. Illness is the one thing we cannot plan for: the project pauses, you hear the same day, and the dates move with it.
